Dream Mat Commercial Advantage
Visualize the gap between your current recovery and your potential.
1. Sluice Configuration
Recommended Configuration
- Classification: Open classify up to 1.5" (Dredge). In wash plants, most run 3/4" to 1-1/2" depending on gold nugget size.
- Water Flow: Target 1" to 1-1/2" water depth over the mats. Start at approx. 6,000 gph per 12" of width.
- Feed Rate: Approx. 5 to 8 yrd/hr per 12" of mat width.
(Note: This is material reporting to the mat, not total plant feed). - Pitch: Operates best at normal pitch of 7-9 degrees.
